We process and ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed on Sundays and Mondays will arrive the same week. Items placed at other times should arrive the following week. Refer to the table below for details.

When purchased from our website, we recommend you use or freeze within 20 days of delivery. You can freeze your food for up to 6 months. When you’re ready to eat it, defrost in the refrigerator for 12 hours, then follow the heating instructions on the package.

We ship your food frozen with gel packs. When delivered on time by the carrier and retrieved promptly, your food may be fully or partially frozen. You can place your food in the freezer and store for later or in the refrigerator to thaw.

We ship your food using thermal insulated boxes and gel packs, depending on the distance from our shipping facilities. 

Unfortunately, since this is a food product, we cannot accept returns. If your food arrived damaged, please contact us at shop@mamamancinis.com, and we will work to make it right.

We currently ship to all locations in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (yet).

Gel Pack
Option 1: Discard gel pack in trash.
Option 2: Dispose of gel in gel pack, then the plastic film can be recycled.
